Clarifications, Corrections, and Updates

My employment with Telecheck, a division of Teleservices Inc., a business unit of First Data Corporation (the “Company�) started with an orientation on 9/2/05, from 8:30am until 2pm, and will be paid until 5pm. I will also be paid for eight hours for not working on Monday. Training will be Tuesday, September 6, 2005 through Friday, September 16, 2005. I will be off Saturday 9/10 and Sunday 9/11. I am not sure about Saturday 17 and Sunday 18. However, since I do not start work on the floor untill Sunday, September 25, 2005, I think I can or will be off on those days. Training hours will be 7:00 AM through 3:30PM instead of 3:30pm to 12:00am. I will be earning $8.61 per hour and 40 hours each week. This is $52 more per week than I have been receiving from NYS UI and not working. My hours ultimately will be 10AM to 6:30PM, Thursday through Monday. This is five consecutive days per week, and off on Tuesday and Wednesday. I am not sure if that includes 9/19/05 and 9/20/05. However, since I do not start work on the floor untill Sunday, September 25, 2005, I think I will be at work learning those days.
