1958: Michael Joseph Jackson

Ted Kennedy, who recently died, is buried today. Yet Michael Jackson has not been buried yet. He would be age 51 today like me.

NASA (1958) decided to call the station’s new treadmill the “Combined Operational Load Bearing External Resistance Treadmill,” or the acronym C.O.L.B.E.R.T. Sunita Williams announced this on the Colbert Report. “Colbert” technically won the online poll, and NASA has a sense of humor.
