Convergys is firing experienced senior workers at $10/hour, to hire new ones at $8/hour. This is the tactic that did not save Circuit City by becoming defunct. This is the last line of my Wiki autobiography: Ironically, Convergys continues to provide me money, insurance, and my best friends.
