What do I do?

I work for Convergys. The account I am working on is Charter Communications. They provide TV, Internet, and Telephone services via fiber optic and coax cable to individual homes. There is no presence of Charter in FL or in NY. I provide customer service and problem resolutions for their telephone service subscribers. I also earn an income from what you will find by clicking the above title.
